Refund policy

ONLINE:
Should you wish to return or exchange an item you've purchased online, please send it back to us within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original packing and condition. If your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please send us an email (info@nancysmillieshop.com) or call us on 0141 334 4240.

IN-STORE:
If you have purchased an item in-store and wish to exchange or receive a credit note (you have 1 year to use it), please bring your item back along with the receipt or gift receipt, if possible.
We do not return items bought in-store.
